With 28 years of experience in the logistics industry, Tom brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Operations & Customer Accounts Manager at Banner Logistics. His career has spanned every corner of the sector, giving him a comprehensive understanding of cross-border logistics and the operational demands that come with it.

Tom oversees the day-to-day performance of our Operations Team, ensuring bookings, tracking, and communications run seamlessly for our customers. His strategic oversight keeps the department running smoothly, while his hands-on approach ensures every client receives reliable, responsive service.

In addition to managing operations, Tom is also responsible for customer invoicing and account management.
